Kath Lyons from Keighley, North Yorkshire, has been selected as one of Cycling UK's 100 Women in Cycling announced on 23 November.



Every year the 100 Women in Cycling list celebrates inspirational women who are encouraging others to experience the joy of cycling.



Kath Lyons has been nominated as a sporting hero for completing the epic Land’s End to John o’ Groats ride at 78.
